Initiative to Put Unsigned Development Projects
in Front of the
World's Leading Publishers at the Austin Game Conference
AUSTIN, Texas, August 4, 2003 – The Austin Game
Initiative today announced that it has teamed up with Criterion
Software to host “LivePitch
GameOn!” sessions at the Austin Game Conference, to be held Sept.
11-12, 2003, at the Austin Convention Center. GameOn! is Criterion
Software's respected industry matchmaking initiative that provides
opportunities for developers to meet with and pitch PC and console
game demos to the world's leading publishers. Past game publishers
who have participated in GameOn! events include Acclaim, Eidos
Interactive, Konami, Microsoft, Namco, NEC, Sammy Studios, Strategy
First, THQ, Ubi Soft, ValuSoft, and Wanadoo.

LivePitch at no cost, by visiting the LivePitch Web site at
http://www.LivePitch.com at
Developers interested in participating in LivePitch! should complete
the application, providing information about their demo, game
developing experience and past publishers that have been pitched the
idea. Meetings will take place at the Austin Game Conference
September 11-12.

In addition to the LivePitch! sessions, the
